This week saw another award win for one of Imaginet's customers. Sponsored by Opportunity Wales, the Best Use of E-Commerce Award at the Rhondda Cynon Taf Business Club "Engaged for Growth" Gala Awards & Dinner was won by Treforest’s Dectek Ltd.
DecTek, a domed resin decal manufacturer, impressed judges with its use of e-commerce to benefit their business with a high degree of innovation and flair. The company website, created by Imaginet, is used as an online brochure, customer relationship management tool and builds customer loyalty by enabling them to track their orders online.
The company’s e-marketing plan demonstrated a complete understanding of the market and the specific challenges the company faces. Sales and turnover have increased significantly as a result of the innovation shown, which has also seen DecTek expanding into Europe. Visit the Dectek website.
